The Semi-Auto Electrode Punching Machine is a specialized die-cutting equipment designed for precision cutting of cathode and anode electrodes for lithium-ion stacked batteries. Working Principle:

Sheet electrodes are manually fed into the machine. The pneumatic system drives the upper die downward against the lower die, cutting the electrode material into the desired shape. The cutting force and speed are adjustable to accommodate different electrode materials and thicknesses. The machine features a drawer-style design for safe and easy die changes.
